These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thailetters.com and the ThaiLetters.com learning tool (the "Service"), operated by Genext Information Systems ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
ThaiLetters.com is a free, browser-based educational tool for learning the Thai consonants, vowels, and numerals through flashcards, pronunciation clues, and self-assessment. The Service is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
2. Educational Content Disclaimer
The pronunciation guides, "sounds like" approximations, transliterations, and consonant-class labels are simplified learning aids intended to help beginners. They are approximations of Thai sounds using English reference points and are not a substitute for a qualified teacher, a formal course, or native-speaker guidance. We make no guarantee that the content is complete, error-free, or suited to any particular learning goal.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Remove, obscure, or interfere with advertising or legal notices.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all content, including pronunciation guides and learning materials, is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any disputes, to the extent permitted by law.
