This Privacy Policy explains how Genext Information Systems ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use thailetters.com and the ThaiLetters.com learning tool (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

ThaiLetters.com runs entirely in your browser. It is a flashcard tool for learning the Thai consonants, vowels, and numerals. We do not operate accounts or maintain databases of personal profiles. We do, with your consent, use third-party advertising and analytics, which may process limited data such as your IP address. The key points:
- Your learning progress and preferences are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.
- Advertising and analytics cookies load only after you consent via our cookie banner.
- We do not request your precise location, and we do not sell your personal information.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Learning data (stored on your device)
If you use features that remember your progress (such as which characters you have practiced or marked correct/incorrect) and your settings, that information is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. We do not transmit or store it on our servers, and it is removed when you clear your browser data.
2.2 Technical and usage information
Like most websites, our hosting provider and the third-party services we call automatically receive your IP address, browser type, device characteristics, and timestamps as part of normal internet communication. If you consent to analytics, we may collect aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics (such as pages viewed and practice sessions started).

The Service is suitable for general audiences but is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK) for the purposes of data collection, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
